We had our AC installed by CAS air in 2017 and have had intermittent issues with the cooling. Chad, the owner sent out his technicians multiple times(came out himself as well) but they couldn't pin point the issue. This spring, Chad went after the issue and came out when the issue occurred. He tried multiple solutions and finally got to the root cause and fixed it. When I asked him what I owed him, he said, nothing. This is after 3 hour long visits just this year. He got it fixed and did not charge for what he deserved. Dealing with Chad has always been easy, he is reasonable, doesn't just overcharge for his services and gets things done the right way (he inspects all of his technicians’ AC installs). I’ll go to them again when I need servicing or new ACs.
